Recently, Government of Montenegro has implemented and deployed the Integrated Information System of Health Care, which is made of
multiple applications, for support of business processes of providing health services at the primary level. In this paper we analyze the
usability of the developed and deployed system. We have conducted a survey on a random sample of medical professionals and citizens
and provided suggestions for the future improvement based on summarized observations. |
