  Abstract  
 

In this paper we propose an idea that involves iris, retina signature analysis for identity recognition for prevention of credit card fraud. We employ Canny Edge Detector algorithm for detection of vessel pattern in the retina. This process is performed at the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and Self Service Terminal(SST). This process obviates the necessity of usage of cards in the outside world. In the case of another person wanting to use the card, the primary account holder can transfer the authority via telephone. Here voice recognition is employed. Dedicated system at the bank server performs the matching.
