Abstract |

Various Component-based Learning Content Aggregation Models including IEEE-SCORM introduced their own reusable learning components. This fact made it certain for new suitable frameworks to be developed, to fulfill the needs of different instruction strategies. These models seem to achieve the cost-effectiveness of content generation using reusable Learning Objects (LOs) based on the existing models a novel LO-architectural model called Reusable Multipurpose Learning Object Model (RMLOM) is proposed to provide multipurpose learning service including personalization to the e-Learning audience. The paper explains the RMLOM model with the supporting EduLearn tool that is used to manage component repository and learning sessions. |
